Does the Windows SDK support UTF-8?
Yes, by default the Windows SDK supports eBay XML queries in UTF-8 encoding.
The ApiSession.Encoding property can be set to specify other character encodings. When an ApiSession object is created, the encoding parameter will default to "UTF-8". If this value is not modified, your Windows SDK application is UTF-8 compliant by default.
